Omg Idk how I missed this but I’m so sorry!! I hope your week at RSI was amazing!! Thank you for all those lovely compliments! You’re too sweet! The secret is honestly moderation. Healthy (as clean as possible while still giving yourself a break sometimes) eating and exercise. We burn a lot of calories dancing so we don’t really have to go extra crazy with outside exercise but some weight lifting is a fantastic addition! Try to keep tract of what you’re eating and you might be amazed. If you want any more tips please ask and hopefully I’ll see the message sooner! Sorry again darling!! PS. 134 at over 5’9” is not big at all, but I know that you can loose those few more pounds you want to cause if I could so can you! Best of luck!! :)
Well wow, perfect, thank you! I would say you shouldn’t worry about getting bulky. You won’t get bulky unless you’re training with serious weight or like running a lot.
But anon, muscle is good weight!! gaining muscle is good!!
