Well wow, perfect, thank you! I would say you shouldn’t worry about getting bulky. You won’t get bulky unless you’re training with serious weight or like running a lot.
Anonymous: i've struggled with losing those extra pounds for a while. i currently weigh in the 120s but i really want to weigh 110. the lowest weight someone my height should be is 104-100, so i figured 110 is good. i eat a lot like you do... all natural, pb, small portions,oatmeal, etc. i feel like every time i go to the gym i get muscle instead of losing weight. do you have any advice?
